  • Free replacement parts if a component needs to be swapped
  • If the issue still can’t be resolved:
    • Free replacement machine, or
    • Full refund

We want you to start tufting with confidence — no stress.

1-Year Limited Warranty
For non-user-caused issues that occur within 12 months of receiving your product:

  • Remote support via video or messaging
  • Free replacement parts when a repair can be done at home
  • Factory repair service available — customer covers shipping costs to the repair facility

Replacements or refunds are not offered during the warranty period unless covered under the 30-day promise.

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Internal component failures
  • Material or workmanship issues
  • Damage caused during shipping
  • Other non-user-caused mechanical problems

What’s Not Covered

  • Drops, collisions, pressure damage
  • Water or liquid exposure
  • Incorrect setup or improper usage
  • Damage from installing third-party parts
  • Normal wear on consumable components (e.g., scissors, blades, needles)
