Returns and Refund

At Tukloom, we want you to love every part of your tufting journey. But if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back. You can return any unused and unopened product in brand-new condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no hard feelings.

Here’s how it works:

  • Keep everything in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories..
  • Start your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Have your proof of purchase from our official site ready.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless it’s our mistake.

We’ll inspect your return once it arrives. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10–15 business days and sent back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Bulk or wholesale orders are final sales.
  • Gift cards can’t be returned.
  • Shipping fees aren’t refundable unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your tufting gun, rug making kit, or any item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund (including return shipping)—whichever works best for you.

Order Cancellations

Before shipment: Changed your mind? No problem. Just email us before your order ships, and we’ll cancel it for you.

After shipment: Once your order is on its way, we’re unable to cancel it—but you can still request a return once it arrives.
